Atlantis Submarines Waikiki

The Atlantis submarine Hawaii adventure begins with a short (approximately 10 minutes) shuttle ride out to the submarine boarding site. Descending below, your time underwater on the Oahu submarine tour is around 45 minutes. Returning to the world above, your shuttle is waiting to return you to land. The Oahu submarine tour dive site is home to many Hawaiian fish, coral and turtles. On this truly eye-opening experience, you'll visit sunken ships, airplanes and other artificial reefs. The submarine has a spacious air-conditioned interior, large view ports and comfortable seating. Our family (2 adults, teenage son) really enjoyed this tour! Booking was easy and check in was organized. The boat leaves from Hilton Hawaiian Village and transfers passengers 1 mile offshore to the submarine. Each passenger has a window across from their seat, and the boat makes two passes along man-made reefs so everyone can see. The boat’s staff shares info about the marine life as you go - they are very educational and funny. Passengers have the option to sit inside or outside on the boat ride out to the submarine. No towels needed or sunscreen required - the majority of the top deck is shaded. Total trip was 90 minutes.

I scheduled this activity, and I paid $163, the same day of the activity, I got a call from the operator asking me to cancel the trip because they canceled it due to weather conditions, and they will refund me I did as she asked me to do, but they did NOT REFUND ME! I called them, she said, you booked through trip advisor, so you were charged by Viator, so they should refund you -_-, she gave me a number that is disconnecting immediately whenever I call! My advice: - DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP - SEEMS LIKE SPAM - if you booked it already, DO NOT CANCEL WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO, if they want to cancel it, they can do that on their sides, and you will get your money back, but they ask you to do it, because that is a trap to take your money and do not refund you back!
