The fireworks was nice.., too many people on such a small boat. The bathrooms was not clean at all. Could not enjoy the drinks, choppy waters. . Lastly, the departure time was changed to later, no sunset view from the waters. Dissatisfaction!

Aloha! Though I'm not aware of the details, we apologize for any inconveniences regarding scheduling changes. In addition, please do understand we cannot control water or weather conditions! As for sanitation, we clean between every boat trip and make sure everything is in order before we go out! All other additional drinks and snacks are complementary, and so for customer's wants outside of what we can provide, we encourage them to bring their own foods and beverages. We arrived 30 minutes earlier as instructed. We were welcomed by the staff and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. When we first boarded the boat, it was raining and already dark. The ships captain informed as that the rain clouds should clear in about 10 minutes. About 10 minutes later the rain had stopped. We took off on the boat away from the land. It was a very nice and gentle boat ride. They offered us 2 Alcoholic beverages and snacks per person. We had a Mai Tai. They had juices, water and snacks for children as well. The staff was very friendly and willing to take photos of the people on the boat. The staff had notified us that the fireworks show would start at 7:45pm local time. We were on the water for about 2 hours total. Awesome experience just soaking in the views of Hawaii from the outside looking in. Hawaii is one of the most beautiful places on earth. You always see pictures and videos of it in the day time. It was even more beautiful at night. Looking back at the Island and seeing the sky line, the buildings and shores all lit up was amazing. We had face timed our kids back home so they could see the fireworks show as well. We had a stable connection and were able to connect with the kids and they could see the show as well without a hiccup. It was a very wonderful experience. I very highly recommend this tour. They allow people to bring their own beers (BYOB). I wish i had brought some drinks but overall it was a great time.
