Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof

Not recommended for travelers with recent knee, ankle or back injuries

The paddle in is a little bit of an endurance test, nothing most people can’t handle. The hike is beautiful and lush with plant life. Some parts of the trail even have decked walking making it a much easier process. Then the waterfall is breathtaking. Standing under it is a truly spiritual experience. Wear shoes with thick soles. Regular cheap water shoes didn’t make grade. I bought them brand new and by the end they looked 5 years old.

Helm was a great and knowledgeable guide. We had a great time as a family. Our family of 4 consisted of 2 young adults and they enjoyed the kayaking, hiking and waterfall. Recommend hiking friendly walking shoes to avoid blisters. Bring snacks and water. If you go early, there is a nice cafe for coffee called Sunrise Cafe. The weather was windy and always a possibility of rain but it all works out and is expected in Kauai.

They don't have a zero star review so I guess I'll give one. We were very disappointed with this company. We arrived at set location in which they gave us the wrong direction only to be led to another location in which they told us they already took off. It was a lot of miscommunication on their end and misdirection, which was truly disappointing. They could've waited for us, but instead elected to leave us behind and take our money completely unprofessional, and would not advise this to anybody
