Our tour guide, James, was very knowledgeable, very entertaining, and had a great sense of humor. BUT, and this is a problem, with a group of maybe 20 it was often impossible to hear him. If you are going to take groups of this size, you need a speaker or other method to make yourself heard. James had a good, loud voice, but the city was louder.
