Quite disappointed in the entire experience, especially for the $500+ price for a family. The 1 hour portion of the tour is basically a quick open-bus ride through (i) a couple of tiny streets (4-5 small building fronts each) and (ii) a drive by (not seeing anything inside) of the actual studio buildings. The most disappointing part is that even for the ‘building fronts’ the shows that the buildings are featured in are all very old shows and not anything that we recognized. The tour guide was quoting shows from the ‘50-60s. Even the more recent shows (still 15-20 years old) were just referenced but relied on us recalling the specific episode. Question for WB: Why would you not have at least included videos at the specific buildings with a reel of movies or shows where they would have been featured? Seems like this would be a much better way to make the tour relevant. The 2 most interesting features (still not worth the tour) were an alley way where apparently the Spider-Man upside down kiss took place (although the bus only drives by the street, doesn’t actually drive through the street) so you really see anything at all. And, the main attraction still (after all these years) seems to be the Friends set. The only place you see this is in the gift shop, so it has just become very commercialized. In short, if you are interested in seeing actual sets as in the indoor warehouse “Stage x” that you see on TV, all you will do is drive by a warehouse, you really do not see anything else.

We are super Gilmore Girls Fans and they have added an incredible level of attractions for everyone for the Holiday Season. Be prepared for lines at Luke's and Lorelai's but it's still a ton of fun to tour the town and go inside the sets. If you are fans then we'd highly recommend visiting in December 2025 for this event but go on a weekday if you can to avoid the huge crowds.

My daughter and I flew out to LA for the day to enjoy the Gilmore Girls Experience. The one hour guided tour was beyond our expectations! We learned so much from our guide (I won't spoil it here) and then enjoyed three hours wandering through the Gilmore Girls Experience. Really fantastic tour and we had a lovely day.
