Due to the weather concerns, we were upgraded to the Odyssey II. Pier 4 was easy to find. The staff were professional and friendly. The boat was comfortable and clean. The buffet was tasty with a variety of fresh food items including vegetarian friendly choices. The DJ played great music that was relaxing, diverse and created a positive vibe. Our server Dwayne was attentive, accommodating, quick to respond to our needs, constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Dwayne was impressive and had such a fun, positive presence!

The communication between the team members inside and outside was lacking. There were flies everywhere, the music was too loud, and the interior of the boat was not well-maintained. The cruise seemed understaffed, there was no bottle service, and some dishes were dirty. While everyone was nice, it was evident that they were not well-trained.
