Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

I love a little bit of adventure, and this rafting trip fit the bill. Our guide, Daniel, was great - he kept us informed of what was coming up ahead, and I felt comfortable knowing our group was in good hands. There were exhilarating rapids, interspersed with calm waters. The mountains in view were a sight to see. I plan to come again, with my family the next time!

This is geared towards first timers and very family friendly. It's a must do!! Guides are awesome, Rapids are fun and water is cold. They keep it fun and relaxed but do the upper level down to the lower there is more Rapids and more time on the river its awesome. Big creek expeditions is a great outfit.

We are a family with little to no experience white water rafting. Joan made us feel comfortable and safe with experience and expertise. She was so much fun we requested her for our second trip!
