Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

My husband and I decided to take our kids white water rafting. I was really nervous about my four year old coming along. Our guide Stoney made us feel safe and adventurous at the same time. We really enjoyed our guide. He kept us laughing the entire time.

This place was awesome!! I was scared to death to go white water rafting but our guide Joan made me feel so safe and not dumb. It was awesome and I would definitely do it again!! Very nice place great instruction very competent guides and new equipment. Loved it

White water rafting on the pigeon river was a great family activity that all 8 of us enjoyed! It's thrilling without being too scary. Stoney is a terrific adventure guide and we all had fun and were safe! The hour and a half tour is over before you know so be sure to enjoy every minute. This would be one of my top recommendations for a Smokey Mountain adventure.
