Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Guests will then meet their personal guide and recieve the necessary equipment Including: life jacket, helmet and paddle.
After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, guests then hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride to the launching point for your trip.

This was our first ever white water rafting trip! We arrived at Big Creek a bit early so we had plenty of time to look around and ask questions before our scheduled trip. The facility was great. All of the buildings were new and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our guide Lucas truly made the trip amazing!! He was super fun, taught us a lot and made sure we had the best possible experience on the river. If you’re considering a white water rafting trip in this area, you will not be disappointed with Big Creek Expeditions. If you can, ask for Lucas!! We will definitely be competing back again!

We had a fantastic experience White Water rafting. Our guide was Ernie (Erin), and she was amazing and a real dynamo leading us down the river. We tried speaking to her in our friendly Scottish language and hope she remembers us as it was her birthday. Bet you’ve never had Happy Birthday sang to you going down the river. Great adventure for us and we will definitely do it again.
