We are family owned and operated as well as locally owned and operated. We are constantly in touch with tour operators to know exactly where the best places to see local wildlife. We do not GUARANTEE Whales or wildlife on our tours but, this is our hometown, we know our waters, you can feel confident traveling with us. Our vessel has indoor seating and outdoor covered seating space. You can walk all around on the deck. We offer a complimentary nonalcoholic beverage service, and light snacks. We have a washroom facility onboard. We look forward to meeting you and showing you the best wildlife viewing opportunities here in Ketchikan. Our vessel is Wheelchair accessible! Tour is usually 2 to 2.5 hours in duration Please understand we do not Guarantee Whales or offer refunds for not seeing them but we will try our best to keep our 90% sighting rate for this season going!!!

Jesse and Jess were wonderful guides. Very knowledgeable and helped us get some once in a lifetime pictures and videos of some majestic humpback whales. We will remember this trip for a long time!

It was a fun boat trip although we saw one orca, I was hoping to see more. Everyone on the boat was very friendly.

Terrible trip..they put my 80 year old mother in the outside cold rain in Alaska. I complained and the finally turned the ship around to take us back

I have been waiting and expecting this review. You sir are a liar and a horrendous person to have treated my crew the way you did. After yelling at the deck hand about you being upset it’s raining. She offered you and your mother a seat inside the cabin also the aft deck is completely covered and other guests offered all of you their seats. You refused. Instead you started emailing us about how horrible the boat was. There wasn’t enough seating. We shouldn’t be operating in this kind of weather. And to be clear Ketchikan is in a temperate rain forest. We state that we operate in the rain and suggest wearing weather appropriate clothing, we offered you complimentary use of rain wear, towels and blankets. We had 9 other guests on the tour and they were extremely upset we cancelled the tour and returned to the dock soon after departing. Why am I at fault if your group came so ill prepared for our kind of outdoor weather? You were late, tried to have the tour cancelled before you even checked in and had the most disgusting attitude our small family ran business has seen this entire season. You sir are the full and final definition of what is wrong with the men in this country. We also had to refund the entire tour group at a great loss to our company and the community individuals that were directly impacted by the horrible landslide that just happen days before. We pledged all proceeds that were made from this tour and a few more were dedicated to the families that lost family or homes in the worst natural disaster Ketchikan has ever seen. Please do not ever contact us or try to in any way say we didn’t do our best to accommodate your mom. Because that just is not true.
