Spent a lovely afternoon doing the Gourmet Food and Wine Tour Sausalito. Viv was amazing. Can't think of a better way to spend the afternoon in beautiful Sausalito.

I loved that our group was small, 6 people plus our guide Elisabeth. The day before, she even texted me to introduce herself. She was wonderful and super knowledgeable about wines. The wines were delicious as well as the food. I loved how everything was booked for us and all we had to do was show up. The walk wasn't intense and very doable. I was worried because I have feet issues and the walk worried me but it was an easy stroll and the restaurants were in close proximity! My only complaint is that when I booked, the "About" section stated that we would get to peek inside the French laundry kitchen. I was super excited about this! On the tour, when we got to the french laundry garden, I asked Elisabeth about when we would peek into the kitchen. She said that wasn't part of the tour. I told her it said so on the website that it was included. She got a bit defensive because she was so sure she was correct. Well, she's wrong and the site says so. They should really update it because it's misleading. Other than that, I'd recommend this tour if you're a foodie!

Hello and thank you for your truly helpful review of our experience in Yountville. So, pre-pandemic, we did visit the actual property at TFL and you could peek and wave at the chefs through the window. Sadly, due to wide spread news coverage of a certain dinner, TFL is locked up tighter than Fort Knox to anyone not dining in the actual restaurant. We are no longer permitted, along with the rest of the public, to view up close and personal. I have looked at our site - Gourmet Food & Wine Tours and I have looked on both Viator and Trip Advisor and I cannot find where you saw what you wrote. I do believe you, but can you help me find it so that I can make sure we don't disappoint anyone else? Our goal is to exceed expectations, not the other way around. Thank you again, Renee
