Basically saw dolphins from the start of the trip! We had a perfect day on the water. Our guide had many historical tidbits to share while we were out. It was a good time!

The tour was canceled and no one contacted us. We only found out because we called the tour company at the time of the event and no one was there. They told us Tripadvisors was told at 7 am, and they were to contact us that our 2 pm trip was cancelled. We lost a complete afternoon of our 2 day vacation, because it was too late to reschedule another event.

I agree. We must make weather choices on operating for your safety. We make those at 7 am. We inform your ticket supplier of that so they can inform you (they do not give us contact information for you. and they give us a relay system through them only) . We have made issue of this to them many times with no change. We are sorry

This was TripAdvisor fault. The tour company cancelled at the last minute due to the wind. We were never informed by the tour comany nor tripadvisor. VERY disappointed but it wasn't the tour comany's fault.

Yes the tour was cancelled because of your safety. You booked with a 3ed party that does not give us direct contact information for you. We must go through there relay system to contact you. And they are not very good at that. We are sorry but we cannot control there system.
