We booked this tour, and the trolley never showed up! When I called, the guy manning the phones was completely unapologetic. He explained that he simply didn't have a trolley driver for a 12:00 tour, and if he'd seen that we'd booked the tour, he would have called me. The whole thing was ridiculous, and we ended up scrambling for a different tour at the last minute, as we wanted to see more of Ketchikan than the basic area right off the cruise ship. Yes, we will receive a refund, but no, my elderly parents shouldn't have had to wait an extra hour while we desperately searched for a different tour. VERY poorly managed company.

I do apologize that you had a bad experience. You booked the night before and I simply missed it in the morning. To correct this, I have changed our system to no longer allow last-minute bookings. This should prevent it from happening again. You spoke with Tim, who tried to explain the error, he apologized several times and issued you a refund. I apologize for any inconvenience to you and your parents. If you ever visit Ketchikan again, I hope we get the opportunity to make it up to you.
