This tour is absolutely fantastic! My daughters and I went, and we shared this interesting, informative and delicious experience together. Our guide Kristen was knowledgeable and so much fun! In addition to learning to make biscuits and seeing so much about the market, we tasted fabulous food from some of the vendors. I recommend this tour for an interesting and fun experience!

Not a like a food tour we've been on before. We sampled from various local owned vendors inside Auburn Market with a focus on grains and breads through history. Joy is a great guide. She's friendly and welcomes questions. Auburn Market has fresh local groceries as well as local food booths. Kristin was a great help and kept out wandering group together. Biscuit making was fun and they had the tools to make it kid friendly. Who knew good biscuits were simple!? This was a gift/family activity and although some were skeptical at first, everyone enjoyed.

Joy and Kristin were great. Provided lots of history about the building and the establishment. The food tasting was amazing and the biscuit making lots of fun.
