Viator's web access caused me much wasted time. It kept telling me to have ticket sent to email. The email said ticket inside but gave me a "get ticket" button. But that button took me back to the same page that had me send ticket vial email. Maverick Helicopter doesn't use the ticket. But I did know that until I got there. I wasted a lot of time with Viator telling me to get a ticket that didn't exist. I will think twice before use Viator to make a booking for me.

The views at the 8am tour was great. Haze was minimal and lighting was good for photos. This was on our second day at the Grand Canyon and on retrospect, we were able to see most our the park from the sky! I wish all the headphones worked (my wife couldn't hear anything, so I gave her mine and the spare from the empty seat up front that I used I couldn't speak). I also wish we could see everything from both sides of the chopper- the counterclockwise route from the south rim meant the front seats and the left hand side passengers got the better views typically.

This was THE MOST MEMORABLE thing we did on our 10 day trip Arizona. We covered from Tombstone to Page and this left me speechless . It is a completely different perspective than you can get any other way from the rim . It is a must and worth every cent . And while I can get motion sickness in the back seat of a car, I had no trouble at all with this . Very smooth . Can’t recommend enough.
