This is a great overview of the Grand Canyon for out of town visitors. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we did it again with other visitors. The grandeur of the Canyon becomes a reality from the air.

the actual tour and pilot were great. But then it all went downhill. We purchased the photo/DVD package. Two days after the tour, we got home and I popped the DVD into the player - NO DATA - they didn't actually process the DVD, gave us a blank. I called immediately, spoke to "Carlos", who apologized and said he would send out OUR DVD immediately. Two weeks later, still no DVD. Call again. Carlos answers, apologizes, says he doesn't know what happened, will send out another one. A week later, still nothing. Get a call from "Keith", who apologizes, and says the "DVD was returned by the post office", despite the address being correct. Then says, 'well if you want why don't you go onto YouTube....". I say, why would i want a video of some other family and think that's acceptable? He then proceeds to claim they were NEVER going to actually send us OUR video, that they don't keep them even for a day, so its lost. I say, why did Carlos tell me otherwise? Crickets. At least they are now, after I demanded it, refunding my money for the video (we shall see if they actually do). These trips are once in a lifetime events, and they completely f'd it up and now we have no video for the memory.

We apologize that were did not resolve your issues in a more expedient manner. We also would like to apologize that we did not better explain that we would not have your actual flight video as we do not store them. We are always looking to improve our services so thank you for your honesty and taking the time to write the review.

It’s not cheap, but really worth it! It’s a once in a life time experience. Friendly staff and very friendly and informative pilot. And you see a lot in 45 minutes! Many different aspects of the area, but most of all: the Grand Canyon and the Colorado river. .A really amazing place!!!!
