Seeing the memorial that you can do free of charge anyway. No need to book this tour as can be done on your own. We learnt nothing new and 2 hrs was way too long talking about unrelated things. Also we purchased the skip the line tour and skip the line museum however when the guide gave our tickets… the museum had a booked time, not skip the line! As it was pouring with rain there was no queue so we were able to go straight in. There is nothing in this tour you can’t do yourself for free and just pay for the museum Very disappointing

Emmeline was our tour guide and she was brilliant! Very knowledgeable , answered all our questions but didn't overwhelm us with information which was perfect so we were able to take all of it in. She included fascinating facts regarding 911 and shared some personal experiences too. Overall we were all really happy with our tour experience and would happily go again with Emmeline.

The tour about 9/11 was very good. Such an important tour to take and it was tastefully done to show us how those lost are honored.
