We enjoyed the tour and appreciated all the personal stories from the guide about his own experience as a long time NY resident.
We all saw it on Television but hearing the stories we did not see was quite emotional. Made me feel our country is in much better shape than the media would have us believe.
I was severely hampered by a heel spur. The guide made no attempt to take into account my limited mobility. We eventually gave up.
A real bummer.
If you aren't familiar with any of the facts or stories about 9/11, this might be a good tour. It was small and Rob was very nice. The talk seemed a little to canned at times and I was surprised at some things he didn't know. More before pictures would be good. But, my biggest complaint was that dropping me at the museum at 5:00 PM did NOT leave enough time to thoroughly tour the museum. It closed at 8:00 PM and I was one of the last out. I rented the museum head set and enjoyed all that. The museum is so well done. NY should be very proud of how the museum has memorialized that horrific day. So a no to the tour. A big yes to the museum.
