This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

This was my first ghost tour and first time visiting St. Augustine. Our tour guide gave us a lot of chilling evidence from past tours that really made the experience incredible! Although there was an active shooter nearby and the streets were fairly busy, the tour moved along fast and we were able to visit all the stops. I’m glad I got to do this with my friends and family, it was great.

It began to sprinkle as we began to gather at the statue. It rained hard 95% of the tour. Our guide "Bill" was so captivating not one person mentioned that we were in the rain. He was very knowledgeable, humorous and Answered every question we asked. Bill is probably the very best guide in all of Saint Augustine. He knew his stuff and he was legitimate with his credentials. He used an iPad which he showed around and he also had voice recordings. To walk in the rain for 1 1/2 hours and be totally entertained means an A+++ guide Bill Is the Best
