You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

the tour guide was great but the tour didn’t have as much ghost talk I was expecting. there was also a lot of walking. i wouldn’t have minded the walk back so much if it had ended better or there was more paranormal stories. maybe i misread what the tour entailed.

This was our second Afterlife tour (we also took one in Savannah GA). We have become loyal to the brand because the quality of the tour is good and there are usually visual and audio clips shown by the guide on a tablet that accompany each location. We enjoy the history that’s included with the tour as well. While we thought the Savannah tour was more in depth we enjoyed the St. Augustine tour and our guide, Billy. I would recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was Bob. He was excellent! He has tons of interesting information and stories. I only wish the tour went to more secluded areas or was later at night. The amount of people out on the streets meant the atmosphere was not very creepy. I had a good time though!
