Sitting in the car with all four of us on our phones including tour guide. I couldn’t see out the drivers side windows to look for aurora. I finally did get out of car.

Dear Diana, We’re sorry you felt this way. Typically, guests wait inside the vehicle for the Northern Lights to appear, then step outside for a better view. No travel agency can guarantee everyone will see the Northern Lights from inside the vehicle. we were lucky to witness some amazing Northern Lights on your tour day and captured photos for you. We hope you had a perfect trip.

Michael was knowledgeable and very friendly. He took us to places with the best views and no cloud coverages. We had the best time looking at the lights by ourselves.
