Enjoyed seeing various parts of Chicago. However, it was very cold on the bus - even the downstairs where I moved to get warm. I also thought there were a lot of things that could have been better.

Overall good experience, and decent way to make it around Chicago. Only complaint, is the times buses were supposed to arrive weren’t accurate. App was helpful, but not super user friendly. Friendly staff and recorded city info was decent.

The buses did not arrive on time. The first bus at stop 2 was supposed to arrive at 10:05 per the website and didn’t arrive until 10:40. We spent most of our day standing outside in the freezing cold waiting for our next ride. The drivers were not very friendly. We hoped we could learn a lot about the city while on the rides but we didn’t. The recording that played was very basic and didn’t provide us with much information. These buses slowed us down and didn’t allow us to see as much of the city as we hoped. I wish I hadn’t wasted the money
