This review seems very harsh and unnecessary.

At Stop 1, we have an employee with a Cognitive Disability that's also a bit shy at times. He's a bus cleaner and focuses on that job, as it's very important to present a clean bus. He doesn't necessarily know too much about locations, pricing, and pick-ups but has shown an interest in learning more and helping out, but again, that's not his job. Our team has actively been trying to bring him out of his shell by including him in conversations, customer interactions, and creating a positive work environment with him.
Our Stop 1 is a busy stop that has multiple people stationed there: Ticket Agents, Tour Guides, and Drivers. Plenty of people could have answered your question.
We at Big Bus Tours Chicago, pride ourselves in our inclusiveness and diversity among our team. We appreciate the fact that individuals with Cognitive Disabilities choose to be a part of our team.
