We purchased the 2 day ticket (consecutive days) so we could use the uptown route one day, downtown the next. On the Uptown route the bus stopped and stayed for a while at some stops but no information given. After a few of these we decided to get off and walk as it was getting painful! On the Downtown route the same thing. The main issue was a lack of any information and the commentary was very poor. Not enough information about where we were & the sights and far too much irrelevant music played. Clear announcements were required via commentary or from the driver to ensure the right stop was used. One driver on our last part of the downtown route was great with information given so thank you to him. As to the cost - for what we received it was very expensive & disappointing. If the comments are taken onboard the experience would be much improved.

The staff is very unpleasant. The one worker was yelling at everyone the whole time and practically talking down to them. Got mad at me and was pestering me just because I didn't want headphones. The route made us miss our ferry by having to switch busses. Also being unfamiliar with city they did not announce any of the stops. I've had better tours on this bus in different cities. I'll stick with them.

There was no one to guide us what steps or stocks they were. No one spoke to us from your staff, so we were guessing where we were at. It was a waste of money.
