Horrible experience! We have seen other major cities by HOHO and this is by far the worst. Audio is poor- no info and a lot of music. The route on the brochure is totally misleading. The way it is presented for the blue route (UpTown) looks like the bus goes around all of Central Park. Not at all. Signage is poor at stops with no numbers. Many times the bus just sits in traffic. A subpar experience. Save your money and go transit- subway and buses. Faster & the authentic New York way. People are very helpful and we always felt safe. We are 71 & 75 years old. Warning- lots of stairs in the subway 😁

Well many things …. A.) 11 friends of us together and they proceeded the ticket so we all be together. B.) Bus was in an accident and no bus to pick us up. All the busses were full. C.) Tried to grab a bus at 4:45, bus was full and they said a bus right behind it, 5 min away. Well it never showed up after waiting an hour. You are treated like cattle drivers are rude and don’t care.

Disappointed in the lack of actual tour guide. The pre-recorded tour was lacking in information, and the info it did give, was usually given in the wrong spot due to traffic. It seems impossible to depend on a recording when traffic can be so unpredictable. Overall, kind of disappointed for what we paid.
