We had a problem with our booking. Wanda Bou was sympathetic, patient and very helpful to get us back our tickets. We truly appreciated her understanding. The day of our tour in New York was Sept. 11. Many streets around the memorial were closed off due to the ceremony and traffic was a nightmare. Abul, our bus driver, got us through the road closures and gridlock with finesse and patience. He is an outstanding Ambassador for Big Bus Tours.

Always a great service and the best way to get to know your bearings on Manhattan. Hats off to the drivers, I would lose my patience in a minute negotiating those streets!

Best hop on hop off experience ever! If you are lucky enough to get the wonderful Santana as your guide and driver, you are in for an enjoyable journey. She gives you a heads up for when to prepare for great selfies, and tells you ahead of time when she's going to stop for a sneaky pic.
