The tour overall very awesome seeing the historical sights was very eye opening. Everyone should experience the nations capital.

The temperature was in the high 80s and there was no AC on the bus or open windows. Everyone felt like they were going to have a heat stroke. My grandson did lose his phone and the employees were very helpful in finding it for him.

I purchased five, one-day passes for my family and I to ride the Big Bus Red Line today. The audio did not work in two of the seats where my family sat, but we would not have complained if that was the only issue. We were dropped off at Arlington National Cemetery, completed our tour, and then began waiting for the bus to pick us up starting at 4:30, knowing that the last bus would just be leaving stop #1. For the time leading up to this, we watched on the app as THREE different buses went from stop #6 straight to stop #8 and just completely skipped us at stop #7. There were also two other families sitting there waiting for the same thing. After paying $245, I expected a bus to pick us up within the time listed on the website and app. We sat there for an hour, but no bus ever came, despite them claiming that the 4:30 bus would be there—it went from stop #6 straight to stop #8. They left families with small children abandoned at the cemetery as we all counted on the rides for which we paid. I contacted the company immediately and was only given a partial refund, despite the horrible service. Definitely will not be using them again, nor recommending them to other people. If you’re looking for a reliable ride, don’t use Big Bus tours.
