Peacock was awesome. We had a great experience on the Nenana rafting. We were first time rafters but they made sure we were prepared.

Our family of five did the Wave Train Combo trip with Moose. He is a fantastic guide! We had a blast while feeling perfectly safe. The reservation and waiver process is also super easy. Take them seriously when they tell you to bundle up!

The breathtaking scenery was some of the best we had ever witnessed, and our guide Bobski kept us laughing and feeling safe as he helped us navigate the river. Alley Cat (our other guide) is a zen river queen, and talked us through getting our wetsuits on and safety protocols. In case you didn’t catch it the first time she said it, “Stay in the boat!”. Lol 😄We thrilled over the rapids and also enjoyed the few minutes of quiet time in between when Bobski cracked jokes and told us about local flora, fauna and wildlife. The canyon was gorgeous, and we waved to a passing train as it snaked its way above us. If you have never white water rafted in Alaska before this is the place to do it, they are awesome and professional and take good care of you!
