I was very nervous and hesitant to go white water rafting for the first time. We walked into new wave adventures, which was recommended to us by a local, and the woman at the desk had such a calm demeanor and explained the tours that they had available for today. We decided to go with the 6pm canyon wave. The whole crew was super attentive while checking in and getting suited up, but our raft guide (Bobski) was absolutely incredible. I was still nervous leading up to getting on the raft, after talks of safety protocols and what to do/what not to do. Bobski’s personality, endless “grandpa jokes” and fun facts about what we were looking at made me feel comfortable and I was able to enjoy the entire time on the water, start to finish. If you’re even contemplating going rafting, I cannot recommend this company more. It was a blast and something I honestly never thought I’d do in my life. Thank you to the whole team- you guys rock!

Our guide was Moose and we had such an amazing time. A great way to experience the river. We were sad when it was over!!

Fantastic river rafting on the Nenana. Well organized with lots of attention to safety and comfort for me and 12 year old daughter. Really good way to see beauty, size and scope of the canyon.
