We couldn’t get ferry tickets for the morning of activity. I emailed Viator 3 times and no response. Called and left 2 vm with number on ticket like instructions say. No one called back. Called again and got hung up in. So we couldn’t go after I paid. Details for activity doesn’t say you need to get a ferry way in advance. Upset I wasted that money and couldn’t go to the island.

Since they actually feed the fish, there are lots of them to view. Very interesting. experience. The crew members were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The tour left on time. I would recommend it.

Excellent crew! Time and money well spent. Being a non-swimmer and unable to snorkel it was a great excursion!
