We had Jim as our guide and he was great and very informative. The trip was so full of Charleston history and we saw many of the historic buildings with info on little-known facts like what the type of doors meant, designs in the shutters, etc. I definitely recommend this tour.

With so many different tours to choose from in Charleston, this is the best one we’ve taken in really any city we have visited. Capt. Bob our tour guide was just incredible. He was very knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed leading the tour. It was 2 full hours filled with great stories and history of Charleston. We never realized the uniqueness of the back alleys and side streets, and the stories that go with them. Make sure you wear comfortable and sturdy shoes. There’s a lot of cobblestone walkways.

Jim our tour guide is very knowledgeable. I will recommend this tour company. During the tour we went down alleys and lanes that were beautiful, creepy and full of history. If Charelston's cobblestones could talk!
