Great trip and high level info on the different spots in Miami! The boat ride was well worth it and covered and very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our tour. The guide was entertaining. The tour was always changing, never boring or seemed too long. They have a bus running every 1/2 hour to take you back to the departure, there was no finding your own way back.

• The tour included both a bus ride and a boat trip from “Bayside” in Miami Beach. The bus dropped us off about an hour before the boat tour. We were guided to a spot to get the boat and told that we could eat there if we wanted and would then board the boat at 4:20. We ate in the restaurant right there and then at 4:10 saw others lining up for the boat. We quickly got in line, but when we got on the boat, there were no seats on the open deck. I spoke to an employee and he went upstairs to try to get people to sit a bit closer to each other but he was not successful in finding a seat for my husband and I. He said we could sit below and that seats would become available later. The area below had tables stacked so closely that people could not sit back to back at two tables. Additionally, the music was so loud that we could not even talk since we were right under the speakers. Later, we again asked him to help us find a seat above and there were still no openings. No one had moved below. • Earlier in the bus part of the trip, we were continuously told to duck low since branches and even wires would hit the top of our heads. At one point, the guide needed to get everyone off the bus since the branches of the tree were so low that people’s heads were in them. • When we got to Little Havana, the parade was ending and the promised trip to the cigar store and to the mojito bar did not happen. • When we returned to the bus, the bus would not start and we stood in the sun for 15 mins. • When we arrived at the first meeting place 15 minutes early, the bus door was closed and did not open until 5 mins. after the scheduled start time. There were no seats together upstairs. I realize that you cannot control where people sit, but you can certainly identify the appropriate times so that everyone has an equal opportunity to find seats. IN ADDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT SELL MORE TICKETS TO THE BOAT THAN SEATS ARE AVAILABLE IN AN ACCEPTABLE LOCATION. THE BELOW AREA DOES NOT PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO SIT, SEAT ANYTHING AND HEAR WHAT IS GOING ON.
