The buses really are a health and safety issue! it rained on the day we did it and the rain came in from every window and partsof the ceiling. The bus was so long and pointless!! The sight seeing boat was good that was the saving grace of the whole experience ( you can just get this tour at the Bayside for $20.00( The 120 Bus brings you from south beach to Bayside),there is also a free trolly service that brings you to most of the places around south beach that this tour brings you to.

Ocean cruise was wonderful with good music. The narrator was excellent and knowledgeable. The decker bus was very good to see the beautiful Miami city.

We had a really disappointing experience with the company and would not recommend them. A number of things were shambolic including - not keeping to pick up times(we waited 40 minutes for a bus after the agreed time and ended up getting a taxi). It's also extremely overpriced. The guide gave little information and was chaotic. Worst of all there were continually dangerous conditions! The bus ride is extremely dangerous for passengers on the top deck who need to duck for huge branches and bridges- its extremely unsafe and I guarantee someone will get hurt. The guide didn't even give warning until half way through high risk areas and then had to personally check on a few people who got hit by big branches. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TOUR IF YOU HAVE ANY SLIGHT MOBILITY PROBLEMS- you will get injured. Definitely the worst tour bus I have ever done in any city.
