Good things about this tour: - nice views of the city - interesting to see a neighbourhood like Little Havana - the boat tour is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended A few things that should be fixed: - the bust is falling apart, it looks like it was purchased 30 years ago and no maintenance was ever done. The door and windows even have broken glass! - it is hard to hear the guide; the sound system probably dates back to when the bus was purchased - the guide was super nice, but he was speaking SO fast. English immediately followed by Spanish, with a poor audio, was even more confusing. I would have loved to learn more about the city and the places we saw, but it was not possible. Overall, I have enjoyed this tour and would go back. I hope the company takes on this feedback :)

Excellent trip from start to finish. Driver picked us up from outside hotel and took us to the office where we got our tickets. Sightseeing all around Miami and to Little Havana - went to an original Cigar store and had fresh Colombian Coffee. The we went on a boat cruising all around where the stars have houses. Absolutely fantastic tour, worth the money we paid and the tour guide was brilliant and dropped us off at our Hotel when we were finished. Would definitely recommend this tour.

This was great value and a great way to spend half a day, my advise is to pre book through Tripadviser because if you bought the same trip in Miami they change $69 per person .
