We debated getting the Miami day pass vs. this option and boy did we regret it. There were multiple busses that left at the same time and it seems the one we were supposed to go on was to go by the aquarium, so we missed that. We passed by homes that used to be owned by famous people and then spent 30 minutes in Little Havana which was interesting. Then they dumped us off at the harbor for the cruise portion of our tour. They hawked the meeting point restaurant with a “specially priced menu” for the tour group which was to include chips and salsa. The half full basket of chips were stale and you got a small portion of salsa. Was horrible service and do not recommend. Should have gone with my gut and gone to Chili’s on the second level. We got on the boat and again went around the harbor with the loud guide pointing out homes that used to be owned by famous people. When the cruise was over it seemed as if we were left on our own to get back to the starting point on South Beach. No guidance from the guide and the company employees who did speak English were no help. We said screw it and took one of the city busses back to South Beach. You can grab the 120 or S bus and it will drop you off right by the office. Pay the extra money and use Groupon to get the Miami day pass and you won’t regret it like we did.

The best way to see all that Miami has to offer! From seeing beautiful historic neighborhoods to seeing the Miami skyline to Little Havana; all was spectacular! We just loved our tour guide, Manuel. He was very polite, informative, and professional. If you book this tour, we sincerely hope you get the pleasure of having Manuel as your guide. The boat tour was also fantastic. We saw lots of celebrity homes, more skyline, and more beautiful view. We had a fantastic day. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
