We took this tour today with our teenage daughters leaving from Washington Drive at 3.30pm. We sat upstairs at the back of the bus for the views. Within moments of the bus starting - and with no warning messages - the low hanging palm tree branches hit various passengers right in the face. Whilst this probably sounds amusing it was clearly pretty sore. The guide then realised and gave a half hearted warning message to us. The rest of the bus tour then pretty much became a case of the whole top deck having to duck/crouch on the floor etc to avoid tree branches. By the time we got to Coconut Grove my family and I just decided to laugh about it - the guide was explaining which famous person stayed in a particular house and the entire upper deck were hiding on the bus floor!! We stopped in Little Havana for 20 mins which was fine but a little longer would’ve been good. The bus then headed for Bayside. The boat was waiting for us but unfortunately some very ignorant passengers refused to either move up, or take their bags off the seats, so some people ( me and my husband and others ) had to spend the entire trip standing up. However the trip was good and it was amazing seeing all the celebrity mansions!! Overall the trip was worthwhile but I can’t stress enough to watch your heads/faces on the top deck!!

It was agood trip until the end. The bus driver did not speak english and was rude. After we figured out where and when to get on bus, it broken about 10minutes before getting back. No one apologized or attempted to make us feel better or even explain what was going on or what happened. Eventually van came to pick us up off the side of the highway and that was it. Customer service and communication needs to be better.

For 30 bucks you can’t beat it!! It is a couple hours but you are able to get good drinks and shop while waiting to get on the boat
