Amazing tour bus!Highly recommended! They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back, the guids are so helpful and know alot about the city,both guids(bus guide and Boat guid)😊

So what to say? Enjoyed our day but likely only because we're on holiday and will do our best to enjoy. The hotel pick-up was fine; the small bus was covered in signs 'suggesting' $2 tip per person for the 5 minute drive and advising the driver needs tips to live! The actual tour bus guide (manuel) must've requested tips at least 20 times during the hour or so tour to the boat trip point. The bus tour was again fine though it would've been a good idea for the guide to tell passengers they'd need to spend much of the bus trip ducking to avoid overhanging trees- and elderly person or folk with young kids would've struggled and the speed the bus was being driven at meant you really had to duck quickly! Taken to Little Havana and the guide trailed folk in and out of cigar, coffee and burger places ... Clearly his mates places!!! Seemed more concerned with the various places than his passengers. Stopped at the port and we were all marched into a restaurant to exchange our tickets for actual boat tickets and then told to eat lunch there! Again the guide seemed more concerned about the amount of folk taking lunch than about his passengers. Told to return at 2.15 to embark .... Did so arriving at 2.10pm to find no-one at the place we'd been told to meet but that rather everyone who had lunch had been told to just go on the boat ... We only got there as we noticed folk from our coach going on; 1 couple waited and missed the boat! Told return bus was on the half hour; arrived 20 mins late. No explanation; no tour guide Overall the tour was fine; the boat trip interesting and the female guide on there informative (she also did, however, go on and on about her tips!).
