Sightseeing cruise was great. Bus part of the experience involves avoiding serious eye/head injuries from tree branches and being taken to the cuban area of Miami where specific shops and restaurants are visited to encourage you to spend your money. You hear less than 10% of what is being said by your guide, apart from the word ‘tip’ which is the most commonly repeated word. If you do decide to risk it, buy your tickets online rather than being ripped off in their office.

This trip is such a lovely way to see all of Miami. Me and my fiancé loved every part of the trip from start to finish. There was no cover on the open top bus so hats and suncream is a must (but in the middle of the day in Miami this goes without saying) Was lovely we had free time in little Havana and on the bayside to grab lunch and a few cocktails before boarding the boat. I wouldn’t say this was a family friendly trip as children would get bored really easy but was perfect for friends, people travelling solo and couples! Tour guides were friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed the day out!

I was very disappointed with the staff. I called on August 23 to confirm my pick up spot , whoever answered the phone put on hold for 15 mins , then suddenly hung up. I had to call back again to get the information that I needed .The agent was very rude and unprofessional. And also noticed that it rains a lot in Miami , so it will be better to have a plan B for those sitting on the upper level of the tour bus . The boat ride was really awesome , the guides were funny and interactive. My daughter and I had a great time. I just would like to see some improvements from the customer service in the office . I used the same website to book a tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi early this year , it was a awesome experience that I will never forget . Why do we have to fill out
