The guides were friendly and had fun stories. Equipment was in good shape good location for tour with free parking a bonus in Austin!

Guide was interesting. Lots of Houston facts. Relaxing way to see the bats. Very friendly. Nice to get some extra kayaking in too

They canceled 2 hours before it was supposed to start. If you are only in town for a few days I would recommend going with another company who will not flake out at the last minute.

We apologize sir but we did give you a free tour voucher on top of your refund. We did everything we could to make up for an unavoidable situation. Our guide had a personal issue to attend to as we stated. I guess you're one of those people that makes their workers come in even if they have an emergency. Please don't come visit us if you treat people this way.
