Great fun, the night kayaking was awesome beautiful view of the city. I would do this again anytime.

I would have loved to have done this tour but, I was called in the afternoon to be advised that the tour was canceled due to a leasing tour.

Hi Marlene I apologize for your negative experience, but it was a situation we had no control over and little to no time to respond to. It was not a leasing tour, our new building owner/landlord decided to renegotiate the terms of our property rental before we resumed operations.

Unfortunately my experience was cancelled by the vendor. They said renovations were not completed. They gave me one days notice so it was too late to book a similar trip. I simply walked to the bridge last night and saw the bats for free. At this time of year it was not crowded at all so I recommend this option to everyone.

We traditionally give 48 hours notice, but our employee the day before was dealing with a family emergency. We'd be happy to talk with you further about your complaint and apologize for your negative experience.
