As we exited in the direction of the tour exit, we were standing in an easy-to-understand spot, which we could quickly spot. We also happened to be the only ones who could pick us up and drop us off, and they immediately called the driver to drop us off.

I went to Waikiki alone for two weeks in February. It cost $52 to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Because of the weak yen, it was expensive, so I asked for a shuttle bus for the return trip. The hotel pick-up was on time. The driver was also very nice. The price was also cheap, which was good. But the problem was... The pickup time wasn't decided when I made the reservation, so I had to call directly to ask! I can't speak English, so I asked the hotel staff. I would be happy if they could let me know the pickup time by email🙇‍♀️

There was no problem with the pick-up on the 20th, but there was no advance notice of the pick-up time on the 27th. I called the local company but they couldn't speak Japanese, so I had to ask the hotel staff for help and everything was fine. Even though I had emailed them in advance. I wish they would at least be able to respond to inquiries in Japanese.
