Such a fun day! Tour guides were so full of energy! I really enjoyed that they incorporated Hawaiian traditions into the tour as well. We saw plenty of dolphins and sea turtles, as well as a baby shark and some luminescent jellies. The photos they got of our group turned out great! Well worth the money.

Recently purchased tickets for a family of 7 from Groupon to do this tour. We are going to Hawaii for my sisters 21st Birthday and it will be the first time we have ever travelled overseas from Australia. I went to book the 1st tour with the coupons I had purchased and was informed that Groupon customers are not allowed to book the first tour. Now before I even purchased the tickets, I read the fine print. And it clearly said AVAILABLE FOR 1ST AND 2ND TOUR. I asked if they could honour that and they did not care what I had to say. Nor did they even give me the time of day. Said they will not let me but if I try a couple of days before I wanted to go on the tour that if there was any spaces they could see if I could go on that tour. Why would I buy tickets on the off chance that there may possibly be 7 spots available? They then told me to go to Groupon and get a refund. I have never experienced terrible customer service like this. Its disappointing because I heard good reviews for this company because of their customer service and the Aloha spirit. Very disappointing but glad that I experienced this now rather than on the day of my sisters 21st. Would not recommend this company, simply for the pure fact that they didn't treat me a paying customer, as they should.

We had a great time last week - swam with dolphins and turtles while snorkeling!! The crew was fun and we felt safe the entire time!! The pictures and video are totally worth it- this tour ended up being one of the highlights of our trip!!
