The facilities at the park are less than acceptable. To go to a small in a wall to order a meal, to not be able to pay for any drinks etc except at only 1 of the 2 teller's stations, to just travel in the boat a short distance from the start (feels like they want to conserve fuel), to the Gator Boys show been a non event. Overall experience ! I would say it was a major non experience and a rip off.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Your input and feedback is extremely important to us as we always want guest expectations to be met upon arrival. We do realize that everyone has their own preference when it comes to our airboats and that is why we do also offer private tours which can be done on open airboats. These private tours can also be tailored to your groups preference should you wish to hit a few extra speed trails along the way! While we hate to hear your experience was less than satisfactory, we do hope you give us another chance in the future!

We had a very good time during the airboat ride on the Battleship (Batman themed airboat) with Captain Charlie. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was fun and entertaining. He stopped to make sure everyone was getting good photos of the alligators. Specifically the one named Tripod (missing 1 leg). He stopped and came down to the lower part of the airboat to show us a bunch of neat stuff with the plant life and animals nearby. Made some jewelry for the kids and ladies. Got to feed the birds and fish. Chris was really fun and knowledgeable too! He is a smart redneck as he basically put it.

What a great way to spend the day. Bus pick us up at out hotel in Miami. Our driver Al was a great guy with a great sense of humor. It was a about a 44 min drive. Al gave us clear and concise direction. The air boat was great fun. We seen about 10 Gators and an iguana in a tree. Our guide (can't remember his name) is referred to as the gator whisperer and he really was. He actually called out to the Gators by name and within mins, they would come to the boat!! After the airboat ride we saw a live show with Chris. Short and sweet and very informative. I learned a lot. They also treat the Gators with kindness and respect. By this this it was lunch and Al drove us to a little place off the highway. Small menu but food was absolutely delicious. We had burgers and they were hand made, not frozen. Then back to Miami to our hotel. I highly recommend this tour. Great for everyone from young kids to grandparents
