We went recently and had two younger children with us (10 and 7). After providing a wait time of 20 minutes to get on the boat (#36), they told us to not order lunch as it might not be ready by the time we had to get on the boat. So us and our young kids did not eat as we thought we were going right on the boat. About 25 minutes later they called our number to go watch the show instead because they were short on captains (we were told by Jeff). So we watched the show which consisted of a woman dragging an alligator out and poking and prodding it (and in our opinion was bordering on abuse of animals that had no interest in being treated that way). Afterwards we waited in line for another 30 minutes after they called our number in cue in front of the boats before we gave up. Hearing that they were loading boat #41 at the same time as ours was the final dagger. We had hungry kids, had been there nearly two hours, and were being shuffled around like cattle. A trip to the office for a refund did not help our opinion of them in any way. RJ was unable to grasp the concept, offered a refund finally (but only partially), and then bizarrely took back the offer of the refund based on the premise that I was rude to him. I have the encounter on video and will be disputing the charges. A wooden sign stating “no refunds” does not absolve them from providing the service they advertised and we paid for.
