For those who prefer to just go cruising down the slopes and switchbacks of the volcano, our Haleakala Express tour is the best bet. Guests begin their bike ride at 6,500 ft. elevation just outside of the national park entrance and ride 15 miles to the North Shore town of Haiku.

RESTRICTIONS
ALL BIKE RIDERS' MUST:
• Understand and Acknowledge the risks involved
• Be 15years old or older
• Have recent bike riding experience
• Be over 4’10” tall
• Be physically capable of enduring this outdoor activity
• Be free of any medications that may cause drowsiness
• Not be pregnant
• Not weigh over 270 lbs.
• Wear closed-toe shoes

We had a great time! This was the second trip for my husband and I but the first for our boys (14 & 12). Views are awesome. Equipment works great. Staff are super friendly and fun! Mahalo!

This was one of my best memories of Hawaii. Did the sunset ride in May of 1985 and returned in 2019 with my son, niece and nephew who who are in their mid 20’s and it was even more fun sharing it with them!

Everything about the trip was amazing, they did a great job! Employees were very friendly and helpful, everything was just as they promised it would be. Ride was phenomenal, bike and equipment in good shape, definitely recommend!
