Such a great afternoon had. The food was amazing and plentiful, hubby and friend enjoyed the cocktails (I don't drink) Our server Leo was great, steady service and so polite.

Always love a Hard Rock Cafe but it is the usual American food. Limited options with the menu by booking this way. Be advised you must print out the voucher as I didn’t and had to email it to the manager for him to print out before I could order and it took 39 minutes to do this. The dessert is a small brownie with cream - no options. Price is good but like I said limited options. They are busy as expected as being in Times Square especially as a group. If it’s just one or two of you you could have your meal at the bar like I did and hot seated straight away. Bartender was great! If your a fan of hard rock you won’t be disappointed.

We were massively disappointed with our visit to Hardrock Cafe NYC, we have visited Hardrocks all over the world as it is our teenagers favourite place. We arrived to be told there was an hours wait, which was fine we expected this, so we had a look around and waited in the seating area. We were shown to a high table even though there was plenty or regular tables available. Our table was directly in front of the DJ so it was very loud and we had little space. We placed our order with a waitress who was very uninterested and not friendly. Our food arrived and 3 out 4 meals were cold so we struggled to find any staff so that we could explain, we finally found someone and sent the food back. Our food was replaced but when it was returned the order was wrong so we had to send my sons meal back again. Our waitress was nowhere to be seen. Eventually she reappeared with our bill but just placed it down because she said she was leaving. This was our worst meal and experience during our weeks stay in New York.
