The place is very well decorated, it is beautiful and it is very large. For mythomaniacs. It is full of memories, I don't know if they are authentic, of great figures in music. The attention is normal. The food: normal burgers and fries, super sweet chocolate dessert. It is what you expect from a place like this. It neither disappoints nor surprises with its quality. What was terrible was the beer. I don't know if in the USA it is customary to throw it away without a drop of foam, but ours was like that. Horrible. As I said at the beginning, for mythomaniacs, who are looking to go to the famous Hard Rock in Times Square and buy a t-shirt. If you want to eat and drink well, find somewhere else. Normal here.

We went to this place on our first evening in NY. We try every Hard Rock in the cities we visit and I have to say this one was very disappointing. Despite having a nice location, the food is really disappointing. Very very fast food for its quality, cheap at high prices. We got nachos, burgers and grilled chicken with salad. Soggy nachos, disappointing burger and too full of sauces. The chicken was inedible, it was very dry, the salad only tasted of soy. I don't recommend it!

The place obviously looks very similar to all the other hard rock cafes found around the world but in this case the location in Times Square is truly exceptional. Inside there are many memorabilia belonging to bands or artists of the highest level on the international music scene, obviously with a prevalence of US artists. You need to have a little patience to be able to sit down as the queue is large, however the organization for communicating seat availability is excellent and allows you to not necessarily have to stop inside the venue (they notify you with a text message when your table is ready). I also give a special note for the quality of the food which is truly excellent especially with regards to the meat and burgers as well as the very fast and extremely accommodating service from the waiters. The availability of gluten free food is also excellent, which made my celiac wife happy. PS. It is absolutely not true that prices are inaccessible, in fact here in New York they are below the city average (very high...) I would say.....
