When in a major city, dine at its Hard Rock we say! We did a Open Table Resy for our visit...if you know, you know! The atmosphere was typical and our waiter, while overwhelmed, did his best. My husband ordered my usual chicken tender plate, while I ordered their steak fajitas...both were yummy! Of course we had to shop for more Hard Rock gear before we left!

Everything about our experience from beginning to end was terrible. The hostess put us down for a table of 9 instead of 2. This caused multiple parties that arrived after us to be seated ahead of us. The manager tries to make this right by offering a free appetizer that they later charge and we pay for. The chicken tenders were burnt.

Miss Isabel was an attentive bartender friendly and personable. The food came fast and was presented well, I had a bacon cheeseburger, my wife had nachos with guacamole and is still having about the guacamole. For drinks my wife had a screw driver she said the pour was perfect and I had a bud light. Enjoyed our experience, thank you!
