Usually if you go to a chain the food and service is consistent The same for this location. We had a table on the River Walk which made for a nice evening dinner. It was packed and we had about a 30 minute wait, which we spent at the bar. Even as packed as they were, the service at the bar and our table was quite good. Happy, friendly staff. No one had any complaints on their food. We were able to order promptly and food came out in standard time.

Went with the family for our daughter’s birthday. Not the most exciting Hard Rock that I have ever been to as I have been to 20 of them all over the world. Service was great which is saying something now a days. The food however was disappointing and of all thinks to skimp on French fries. Really come on and the burgers shrank as well.

The restaurant had a bad odor I think they were having sewer problems Didn’t eat just a few drinks went elsewhere to eat Not a good experience
