We went during the week so no lines or crowds. My grandson was able to go on every ride with no waiting. As seniors along for the trip, they could have done better with the layout. You have to climb many stairs or walk up steep slopes. There has to be a better way! How about a direct entrance to the hotel from the park also? Of course drinks, etc were very expensive. I recommend you bring drinks and lunch also. Plenty of places to sit and eat. My grandson had a great time but I can’t see us going back again. Of course it was also hottest day of the year so far- brutal climbing up all the levels.

Our family had a great trip here. The hotel is amazing with little details that will mesmerize your kids! The rooms are so clean and well cared for as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff was constant cleaning and keeping everything safe. The vigilance of the staff at the hotel is great as well. This same spirit transfers over to the park with amazing staff keeping the park clean and convenient. The attractions really entertained my boys who are 1 and 5 and they never wanted to leave. The staff and park/hotel are truly kid friendly and we had the best experience. Thank you to Israel who helped keep my boys safe and who checked us out giving my boys a great experience even with that. Also thank you to Sydney and the man working the pirate boat squirter ride they both were great with the kids!! This park is easy to travel and has something everyone can be interested in. Thank you for an amazing trip!

My daughter wanted to turn 7 while at Legoland. We chose Legoland New York for the convenient drive from Virginia. We even stayed at the Legoland New York hotel. You can tell that they are still ironing out the details from opening in 2021. All staff members we came in contact with were amazing and all of them wished my daughter a happy birthday on her birthday. But there are only two building classes and they don’t start until 2pm in the afternoon. Some of the park’s attractions such as shows to concessions aren’t open. No wait or barely any wait times for the attractions that are open are a plus! The park is small. If you are coming from far away you may want to consider a more established park like the one in Florida. The park is also only open 10am to 5pm. Also some of the hotel features have odd times like getting pizza delivered to your room but that doesn’t start until 6pm. For a resort, I expected a few more resort type things. Lastly, I really expected more building experiences. And the Big Shop has a ton of legos and some exclusives but you can’t find the the pieces you use in one of the Creative Works building experiences. It would be great to have a smaller version of the coding education set for the Milo’s adventure available in the Big Shop. My daughter loved the building experiences the most in the park and at the hotel. She was bummed that we couldn’t get the the bricks needed to make our own Milo!
